We have provided the following information which you may find helpful prior to booking your reservation as our valued customer.

Payment Policy

Reservations are charged in advance upon booking. Refunds may be given in accordance with our cancellation policy.  For payment, all major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For cash and check payments, please contact the Front desk directly prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten or change your stay the following policies apply: Cancellations may be made to your booking up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a full refund. A refund less 1 night will be given for changes within 7 days to arrival. No refund will be given for changes within 48 hours to scheduled arrival.

*Please note: Exceptions may not be made for circumstances such as delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, natural disasters, personal emergencies, etc.

Rates/policies are subject to change.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM. If arriving after hours, provisions will be made. Details included in confirmation.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.


A complimentary deluxe breakfast is offered with your stay and is from 8-9:30am.

Pet Policy

Echo Mountain Inn now welcomes well-behaved pets as our guests with the following guidelines. Please read prior to scheduling a reservation:

All guests checking into the Inn with pets must sign the Pet Policy Agreement.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Our pet-friendly rooms are Country Garden Room 107  -OR- Little Echo 404 – 2 Queens

The Inn will charge a non-refundable $50 service fee per room per stay for guests with pets. This fee will offset the additional cleaning expense incurred for pet-dander, etc.    Additional charges shall be made at management’s discretion for damages incurred by pet and/or the necessity for additional deep cleaning due to pet waste incidents.

Pets may not be left unattended in room or anywhere on Echo Mountain Inn property.

Pets may not exceed more than 40lbs.

Pets are not allowed in any food service area.  Exception: Certified Service Animals

Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and you must clean up after your pet.

Animals are not permitted on furniture and must be kept in kennel at night.

There is a maximum of 2 pets per room.

Animals must be kept quiet. Management reserves the right to require immediate removal of animal from property with no refund due to animal noise.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is not in compliance with our pet policies without refund for reservation.

** Echo Mountain Inn and its affiliates and staff are  not responsible for any damage or injury caused by any animal on our property and holds responsible the pet owner for all pet-related incidents which causes damage or injury to another person, animal or property.
