We have provided the following information which you may find helpful prior to booking your reservation as our valued customer.
Reservations are charged in advance upon booking. Refunds may be given in accordance with our cancellation policy. For payment, all major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For cash and check payments, please contact the Front desk directly prior to booking.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten or change your stay the following policies apply: Cancellations may be made to your booking up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a full refund. A refund less 1 night will be given for changes within 7 days to arrival. No refund will be given for changes within 48 hours to scheduled arrival.
*Please note: Exceptions may not be made for circumstances such as delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, natural disasters, personal emergencies, etc.

Check-in: 3:00 PM. If arriving after hours, provisions will be made. Details included in confirmation.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
A complimentary deluxe breakfast is offered with your stay and is from 8-9:30am.
Echo Mountain Inn has a “No Pets Allowed” policy. Please leave your pets comfortably at home while you enjoy some rest and relaxation at Echo Mountain Inn.
